The 26th Annual Earthwise Living Day will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the Leon Valley Community Center located at 6427 Evers Road.
This event will include musical performances, programs on sustainability, and exhibitors from around the community.
Additional parking is available at the Texas Department of Public Safety Leon Valley Mega Center located at the corner of Huebner and Evers Road. A free shuttle will be running between this parking lot and the event location, courtesy of Yellow Cab Taxi.
Be sure to bring your own mug for free coffee and your own drink container for free purified, alkaline water!

The 7th Annual Get Outdoors! Event will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at 6030 Padre, San Antonio, Texas 78214.
Join the San Antonio River Authority, National Park Service and Bexar County to learn about how you and your family can take advantage of outdoor recreation in the area with:- Exhibits from more than 50 local, state and national organizations and businesses
- Hands-on activities
- Safety and educational demonstrations
- Free giveaways
- Informative presentations
The first 1,500 children at the Get Outdoors! event will receive an Explorer Backpack!
